These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website at youthblazer.com (the “Site”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please don’t use the Site.
1. About us
The Site is operated on behalf of Caleb Holland, a young author and reading advocate (“we”, “us”, “our”). Contact: calebtheauthor2025@gmail.com.
2. Using the Site
- The Site is provided for personal, non-commercial use, mainly for kids, parents, teachers, and media interested in Caleb’s work.
- You agree not to use the Site in any way that is unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, abusive, or that interferes with other people using it.
- You will not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, its servers, or any related systems.
- You will not scrape, copy, or use automated tools to collect content or personal data from the Site without our written permission.
3. Children using the Site
Caleb writes for children aged 7–12. If you are under 13 (US) or under 16 (UK/EU), you must have a parent or guardian’s permission to submit any information through forms, sign-ups or contact details. See our Privacy Policy for more.
4. Intellectual property
All content on this Site — including text, blog posts, illustrations, photos of Caleb, the book title The T-Rex King: Rise of the Roaring Alliance, logos, and brand elements — is owned by or licensed to Caleb Holland and is protected by copyright and trademark law.
- You may read, print, and share short excerpts for personal, non-commercial purposes (e.g. classroom use, book reviews, social-media shares) as long as you credit Caleb Holland and link back to the Site.
- You may not reproduce, republish, or use any Site content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
- Fan art and creative homages by children are welcomed — please tag and credit Caleb when sharing.
5. User-submitted content
If you submit content through the Site — for example, a Youth Trailblazer nomination, a comment, a photo, or fan art — you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it on the Site and Caleb’s social channels (with credit, where possible). You confirm that you own or have permission to share what you submit, and that it does not break any law.
We can remove any submitted content at our discretion.
6. The book and merchandise
The T-Rex King: Rise of the Roaring Alliance is sold through third-party retailers such as Amazon. Purchases are subject to the retailer’s own terms, returns policy and customer service. We are not responsible for the retailer’s policies, delivery times, or product issues.
7. Third-party links
The Site contains links to third-party websites (Amazon, social-media platforms, partner organisations, design references). We are not responsible for the content, products, or practices of those sites. Links are not endorsements.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do our best to keep it accurate and up-to-date, but we don’t promise it will always be error-free, complete, or available without interruption. See our Disclaimer for details.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of your use of the Site or any content on it. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless your local law gives you a non-waivable right to bring proceedings in another jurisdiction.
