Who Is Caleb?
Meet Caleb Holland — a 12-year-old author, storyteller, and reading advocate. While most kids his age are just discovering their passions, Caleb has already published his first book, launched a reading initiative, and is inspiring young people across the Caribbean and beyond to pick up a book and dream big.
Caleb believes that every kid has a story worth telling — and he’s living proof that age is never a barrier to making your voice heard.
Caleb’s Story
Caleb’s journey as a writer started with a spark of imagination and a deep love for dinosaurs. From the moment he could hold a pencil, he was sketching prehistoric creatures and dreaming up epic adventures. What began as bedtime stories told to his family grew into something much bigger.
At just 12 years old, Caleb took the brave step of turning his imagination into a published book: The T-Rex King: Rise of the Roaring Alliance. The story follows a young hero who must unite an unlikely group of dinosaur allies to face a powerful threat — a tale that mirrors Caleb’s own belief in courage, teamwork, and standing up for what’s right.
But Caleb isn’t just about writing books. He’s passionate about getting other young people excited about reading through his Roar for Reading initiative, and he spotlights other amazing kids through his Youth Trailblazers program.

What’s Next for Caleb
Caleb is already hard at work on exciting new projects. A sequel to The T-Rex King is in the works, with even more action, new characters, and bigger adventures. He’s also planning school visits to share his love of reading and writing with students everywhere.
